Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Absolutely no refund will be processed for cancellations after payment.

No show policy

Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author to attend and present the session at the IVEC 2025 Conference (with the exception of fully virtual Workshops and virtual Poster Presentations). 

• Authors of the accepted papers included in the final program who do not settle the registration fee by August 15th will be included in a "No Show List". 

• Authors of the accepted papers included in the final program who have settled the registration fee but do not attend the conference will not be eligible for any change or refund.
